Crayola Catwalk Creations House of Fashion Review

WOW we have been loving the new Crayola Catwalk Creations House of Fashion Set!

With this set you can design and create two unique summer and winter fashion ranges and then create your very own store to show off your fabulous designs!

The set comes with 2 mannequins, 1 clothes rail with 5 coat hangers, 15 mini clothes pegs, a fashion boutique complete with 1 summer and 1 winter backdrop, 2 signs, 12 fabrics, 4 ribbons, 2 stick on gem sheets, 2 rolls of double-sided tape and a sketch book full of templates and printed mannequins to draw your designs on.

You can use the interchangeable backdrops and pre-printed signs to customise your store or you can even go online to make your own store name, logos and your very own backdrops!

The templates are brilliant, my only bad point for these would be that they are paper and not press out card like the clothes rail. I would think children at the younger end of the suggested age range (6 years and up) would be less likely to look after the templates and as they fit so perfectly it would be nice to be able to hold on to them. I have considered laminating them to make them a bit sturdier.

We had great fun, yes I joined in :D , making our own designs and I love how simple this set makes it. I think young girls with a creative flair will just adore this set and creating their own mini shops.

Crayola Catwalk Creations House of Fashion is available from Argos priced at £29.99 and I think this is a brilliant present to keep your eyes open for in the run up to christmas.

It is creative as well as encouraging role play and is great fun for us grown ups to get involved in too.
